President Donald Trump and North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un are scheduled to meet this month in Singapore for the much-anticipated Trump–Kim summit…. While the focus of the summit should no doubt be on convincing North Korea to abandon its missile and nuclear weapons programs, the U.S. should also raise concerns over North Korea’s abhorrent human rights record.
