The Steamboat Institute recently hosted Professor Robert Kaufman, visiting scholar in conservative thought and policy at CU-Boulder, to discuss President Trump’s foreign policy. In “Two Provisional Cheers for Trump’s Foreign Policy,” which is also the title of his next book, Prof. Kaufman explains why he is cautiously optimistic about Trump’s foreign policy.
